Not anything ya'll are currently talking about but I feel like sharing... I am having the best time I've had in forever with Cyberpunk 2077. About 35 hours in, and I'm paused on the main story just doing side quests and gearing up/finding outfits I like etc, and I'm finding it incredible. Driving around Night City and soaking in the atmosphere has still yet to get old and I feel like I keep experiencing new weather and NPC's and locales (like there was a dust storm in a part the other day that was gorgeous to take in, and every now and again I run into a new market/alley and explore). The combat is still goofy (yet fun in its own way), but I LOVE the story (great characters) and the whole vibe is something I'm enjoying more than any game in a while. I'm taking so many screenshots and taking my time just living in the world. At times it feels a little empty and like window dressing as the NPC's don't really react like they do in other big open world games (EX RDR2), but environmentally, even if it's a bit light on interactivity, its top tier from graphics and feeling 'real'.

Yes, there's been a few bugs (flashing textures mainly) but they are few and far between. No T-poses, quests failing to trigger, overlapping dialogue or basically anything game breaking - This is on PS5.

I have it on PC but much prefer console playing these days, though the new ray tracing technology update looks fantastic but I don't think I could even utilize that anyway so I'm not going to switch platforms and try it.

Unless I get a horrible ending that tanks hard, the DLC is going to be one of my most anticipated. And if I don't like my ending well... I'll play again! Current playthrough is nomad and I'm mainly using a mix of handguns and hacking.

I dunno why, but I find it very hard to get mad at this. It's frustrating sure, but eh I'll still play it.

I’ve played about an hour of dying light and it’s ok so far. I know it isn’t the same style of game exactly besides first person and a lot of parkour but I feel like I should play mirrors edge before this one lol.

  24. I love mirrors edge catalyst but the cutscenes lag is terrible, idk if they ever fixed that. The first game had annoying combat, not being able to use guns in the second is so much more interesting and streamlined

I did not care for the first Mirror's Edge. I didn't hear anything at all about Catalyst.
