I mean, if we're being serious I think something a lot of people are overlooking are the backwards compatibility of both consoles. Wii U had Virtual Console and the Vita had access to PS1 and PSP games, some of them absolute classics.

So both are very strong against each other just depends on what you value more, Nintendo franchises or Sony.

 

How was emulation on the Wii u? I forget what people were able to do with it.


In other news, theatrhythm is fucking FUN. Playing og FFVII songs makes me excited to hear how the future renditions will be.

 

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again the Wii U failed for a reason and it wasn’t just bad marketing. A lot of third party ports on the Wii U were awful. I got assassins creed 3 at launch and bailed 20 minutes in. Awful. All the good games eventually got ported to the switch too so…irrelevant console sorry

However, Splatoon did start on Wii U, so that's pretty rad and needs to be taken into account

 

I never had a vita and am not actually talking any shit, just saying that wii u had like 7-8 great/incredible games

 

I have the Wii U and the Vita. Only owned Super Mario Maker and Wind Waker for Wii U and only owned the walking dead for the Vita.

 

I wanted a vita just for persona 4 golden

 

Wii U also has a fucking badass Virtual Library and some awesome tricks on how to utilize the gamepad

The looking in the backpack mechanic of Zombi U was very tense and cool!

I have Zombi U for current gen and it plays like . I can only imagine how bad it was then.

 

It was made for a broken system (the Wii U) so it was properly fine on there. I'm not surprised it didn't port well.

me, my brother and my cousin play competitive rocket league and my brother is stuck in gold ranking while me and my cousin are platinum right now.

our goal was to get him out of gold into platinum and then call it quits. It’s been three weeks and just when he gets close to getting platinum, we lose a game and then we have to start the grind over. It’s absolutely chaos for us.
