Most times they usually just contain cosmetic items. Occasionally they will contain items that will give you an edge in the early game but soon become obsolete. On a RARE occasion they will give you an extra mission.

(I have not looked into GoWR)

 

It sounds like people think Kratos’s armor that comes with addition has some kind of buff but I haven’t seen what yet.

 

Being real, the original premise of the conversation was an observation in jest that Valve, like Capcom before them, can't count to 3.

Pointing out whether or not Alyx counts as a main title is both completely missing the point and also unnecessarily elevating a dumb joke into ludicrous territory.

its unequivocally is a main title by all accounts regardless of what its title is and any assertion to the contrary is actually ludicrous. and im not trolling or upset about it at all. just stating the obvious.
