Didn't Punch Club launch everywhere when it came out? I tend to only consider mobile games to be ones that are either only on mobile or spent enough time being mobile only to not matter, like the Alto or Monument Valley games.

Player's Log: Aer: Memories Of Old. 100% completion. It was a lot shorter than I'd expected. Very pretty game, although the flight mechanics are not rock solid. Frankly, I can't remember a time I've ever played a game with great flight controls though, so (shrugs). It was a fun, relaxing, exploration-driven game, and I am all about that.

Anyway, now that that's done, the next Daedelic game I will tackle is Candle, a puzzle adventure game.

It was a 3DS game for a while and then came to other platforms, but it is very suited to mobile

I feel like I’ve been hearing about Silent Hill forever.

Just like G.O.D., I’ll believe it when I see it.

It’d have to be a remake since god knows we got a remaster not too long ago and, well … big oof

Bummer. I wasn't a huge fan of new G4, but it still sucks for everyone.

Player's Log: Candle. 100% complete. Pretty enjoyable puzzle-adventure. Standard find the item, use the item, solve the puzzle kind of stuff, although not a point and click, but a walk around and interact kind of gameplay loop.

That said, I am glad I have no issue with walkthroughs, as if I didn't have one for this game, I'd be lost for hours. Not very clear where and what you're supposed to be doing at any given time.

Anyway, now that that's done, for my next run, I'm going to tackle the Dark Eye games, of which there are two. The first, Chains Of Satinav, I actually finished, but I never got all the achievements, and I don't remember what it was about or if I need to play it to understand the second game, Memoria. I probably don't, but I might as well replay it and get the last achievements.

my life has basically been dominated by CRPG's and turn based JRPG's for a while now so i decided to get back into some action a bit tonight with monster hunter: world. forgot how much this game rules although im only 4 hours in and have quite some time to go. capcom are just so good at making combat systems its not really fair.

I don’t think we will see anything major from Sony until after the ms/Activision stuff is done and over with

So wait, is this implying that Sony showing off games might give off the impression that they'll be fine without Call Of Duty? What a wild way to look at things.

    Player's Log: Atelier Ryza

Welp, this is the 10th Atelier game I've finished over the past year or so. Tbh I didn't think I'd like it because the combat system is drastically different than any of the other games. I ended up really liking it - nice change of pace. The alchemy is more simplified than previous games and it's much more of a JRPG than a slice of life with crafting elements. This is the game that popularized the franchise (read: thighs) and I can see why.

Spent a lot of time crafting good weapons and gear and the final boss was a joke. Took about 35 hours. Gonna do some post-game stuff (which I usually never do) before moving on.

Only Atelier games left to play at this point: Lydie & Suelle, Sophie 2, and Ryza 2.

That could be, but I thought they meant they don’t want to show off Activision games coming to PS in order not to strengthen Microsoft’s case

    It was a confusing tweet
