Scorn sounds like it’s a little divisive. Excited to check it out as I love the Aliens franchise and I know it took a lot of inspiration from that.

 

From what I’ve seen, the gameplay is the sticking issue with Scorn and I think that’s understandable to a point. Like I always got the vibe that it would rely more on atmosphere than gameplay and that’s definitely a turn off for some but horror games by nature rely heavily on that so to knock it for that is a little silly. I’m still excited to try it out though, I’ve had that game pre-installed for months and I don’t have to buy it so I’ve got nothing to really lose here.

 

Just wish it would’ve been proper good after 8 years of dev time. That eurogamer review was scathing in parts.

 

I don’t let reviews sway my decision to play a game one way or another buy I understand their purpose for the most part. Excited to dive in this weekend.

 

i got the jsaux in the mail yesterday and it works just fine. its pretty tiny and i do wish it would charge my deck while its docked but i have no complaints with the functionality i got it for (getting my deck to run on my tv).

i dont know much about the official steam one though
