RDR shouldn't be a 97% if these morons did their due dilligence. I get that there's a lot to appreciate about it but a game that plays that badly shouldn't get nearly perfect scores across the board.

 

Assassin's Creed Origins and Odyssey are great examples of games that would have much better scores if a different company published them lol

 

Origins is one of the best games I have ever played.

 

I played Odyssey right after RDR2 and guess which game I enjoyed more lol. The 14% difference is baffling

 

I think with AC you also have to account for franchise fatigue.

Odyssey is an extremely good game on its own, but due to the very iterative nature of the franchise it's barely different to Origins, which makes it appear less impressive than it is if you are familiar with the franchise.

 

Yeah Odyssey was a way better and more fun experience than RDR2.

I put in the over 100 hours needed to finish Odyssey and do a large portion of the side content. I tapped out of RDR2 somewhere around chapter 3 I think.

I've only played one Assassins Creed game, can someone fill me in on whether or not Odyssey is worth the purchase for a very, VERY casual AC fan?
