I don't wanna get into it because I'm way too tired but it's not anyone I've interacted with in here (at least not on purpose) so if we've talked I'm not calling you out for any shit haha. Anyone I interact with in here I feel comfortable having a direct conversation with and wouldn't be subtexting or whatever

 

oh yeah it’s real bad. this has some of the same systems but without the egregious P2W aspect. It’s essentially Lost Ark with New Worlds massive open world PVP

 

The codex system in Throne and Liberty took my ADHD brain a while to get the hang of, I was on information overload for quite a bit and they don't explain it very well at all, they just kinda assume you know the deal. I guess that system is used in other MMOs?

 

T&L was fun for the first hour I played then I went back to a other game. Not because it was bad, I just had stuff to do in another game. Plan on revisiting it, it plays well on the PS5 and controller support feels good.

Character creator is detailed as hell. God bless those Korean devs for attention to detail in all their games lol.

 

I haven't spent a single cent on Lost Ark and had a great time with it, if it's P2W that might only come into play in the endgame.

so Shattered Space seems to have people pretty unhappy.

 

Started Jedi: Survivor last night. It is good but suffers from the repetitive formula of games like TR, Uncharted, AC, etc. Story is great though.

I was excited for it until I remembered gamepass doesn't usually include dlc. Why are ppl mad tho, what are they saying is bad? Sounded like a pretty self contained side campaign, which I am totally down for

 

tl;dr:
buggy, janky, badly acted in places, myriad of bugs and performance issues, exacerbates the flaws of the original

Trying to complete all of the Stardew 1.5 Ginger Island stuff before 1.6 gets it's console release next month. Concerned Ape really did some of his best composing work for the volcano tracks.

This might be my favorite Stardew track

 

I'm not super far in, but Banishers is a really nice game during for Spooky Season.

It combines a little investigation work with the plane switching mechanic from Lords of the Fallen, a simplified version of modern God of War's combat with some of the better writing in The Witcher 3's quests. Also, a really interesting "morality" system that has actual implications for the story.

Like yeah, it's another mid game technically, but you can tell it was made with a lot of love and intent.

 

I plan on playing it sometime, so whenever I see a good enough sale I'll pick it up. Always looked interesting.

Playing this tonight.

 

Took 5 hours but finished until dawn again. Failed horribly at saving people. Only had 2 survive. I did way better on my first play through on ps4 9 years ago

There’s a cut scene after you finish after the credits that wasn’t there from what I recall from the original that teases a possible sequel

 

In a Bethesda game? Well I never.

This is in my backlog and it looks so interesting to me. Definitely gonna move it up the list for this month hopefully.

 

SH 2 getting really really good reviews. Better than anticipated
