Holy shit, it doesn’t even have a disc drive? Why would you even bother doing Dolby Vision/HDR support for UHD playback if you don’t put a disc drive in your $700 premium PS5?

I’m honestly annoyed as hell right now about it, what an unnecessary and haughty move from Sony with that thing. You spent like three years struggling to keep consistent stock of your new console and then when everyone finally gets around to getting one, you drop a $700 console on them to get the optimal PlayStation experience? I knew it was coming so that’s not why I’m mad, it’s that they put out basically a beefed up Digital edition for 3/4th of a grand and act like it’s worth that money.
