I started Honkai Star Rail the other day and pulled this event character with only a couple minutes left! I love this game so far. I’m really into the lore, characters, and all the things to do.

finished Guacamelee 2, i actually did like this one more than the first! i was amused by the self-aware cringe humor with all the meme references. and the story as a whole was a bit more engaging as well!

 

Visions of Mana demo was so so so fun, i'm a total simp for Mana games so i'd like it no matter what but I reallllllly like what they showcased.

 

how do you feel about the secret of mana remake? i know a lot of people dont like it but im just curious

 

Its just as good as the OG and that seems to be the issue people have with it. The mechanics are dated but its a totally legit and accurate remake. Understandably people expected QoL updates and changes and didnt get them.

 

word because i have the collection of mana for switch but also have ps plus which has both the secret and trials remakes and ive heard great things about trials and not so good things about the secret remake but if its just the original with no QoL updates it wouldnt be much different than playing the OG i have

Fuckkkkkk and they had just done big layoffs in like November/December last year. Destiny has been on such a big upswing lately too.

 

Some “Redundancy” layoffs after incorporating into Sony. And then just a wide scale cut. Similar to the Activision layoffs with Microsoft.

Still absolutely ridiculous considering the success both critically and financially of The Final Shape.

 

I can’t stress enough how good The Final Shape is. To see that kind of effort rewarded with…this? It’s heartbreaking.

 

Inexcusable to do two massive layoffs within a year of each other. It’s only a matter of time before Bungie completely folds into PlayStation studios at this point.

 

Hopefully these types of stories drive people to unionize more than ever. It needs to happen and it is, just needs to become more the regular.

 

It doesn’t happen here really but it’s a good reminder that the whole console war bullshit on social media and “my billionaire is better than yours” stuff is dumb as fuck. And anyone who propagates it is also dumb as fuck.

Microsoft and Sony are not your friends and they do not care about human beings.
