Games take forever to download to my steam deck and I have decent internet. Anyone else have this issue? Could it be in saving to an sd card and not on the deck itself?

 

I started playing Lorelei and the Lazer Eyes and damn they drop you in quick

 

Make sure you’re connected to the 5ghz network. I had to disable WiFi power management in dev mode for this.

 

Never had an issue with download speeds on my steam deck

 

Yeah mine has always been much faster than my pc over the same WiFi even when I’m downloading to the sd card

 

This doesn't relate to any of you but it's very funny to me that I never check the steam friend's activity feed but I did tonight while messing around in Big Picture mode and saw one of my friends played some H-game for the first time

With everything going on in the US and the world right now escaping reality into some H games seems to be a reasonable decision

took me a minute to jump back into ER

and i was v confused after beating the two required bosses why i wasn't able to access the DLC. turns out for Xbox users, you still have to manually download the DLC (i thought that the update the game did had already installed it, guess not )

I was getting motion sickness playing kingdom hearts which never happens and I looked online and apparently it’s a pretty common issue. Will have to try different settings to see if it helps.

 

Might do this for Penny’s and All Star Brawl 2

 

I have all of those games except for maybe Hyperbolica, and I'll say Blazing Chrome is a great Contra clone and Arzette deserves a nod for the sheer audacity of trying to make a game in the style of the old CD-i Zeldas.

 

Doodle Adventure of Chameleon on Steam

Finally started playing this today after buying it last month. It’s a mix between Celeste with hints of Hue. Nearly done with getting all the achievements and will finish it later tonight.

 

Watched this earlier, I’m really excited for it. Hopefully we get a release date soon.

 

Gonna play Bluey: The Game with my kids later tonight

 

It’s actually pretty good and much better than Peppa Pig

 

Yeah from what I’ve seen of my daughter play of Peppa it was very simplistic
