I ran my own gaming blog and then one day PlayStation called me if I want to write for them

 

got both in the chamber.

 

I’m assuming machine games is doing quake since this was on the whiteboard during the indy reveal

 

I think id would be a better fit since anyone who's played any serious amounts of Quake knows that "platforming" was a big part of moving about and they have really honed in on that aspect of Doom in the latest iterations.

But as the resident boomer shooter aficionado I'll take it either way!

It's a bummer iPhones don't allow jit access - dolphin emulator would need that to get GameCube and Wii games to run smoothly. I'm very curious to hear how powerful an iPhone really is with emulation

 

they need to cut the vullshit and just released triple a games made by actual fast food places

I bought a record player like 3 years ago and I just kinda had it staying in the closest because I was a real gamer because ps5 and Xbox series x.

my mom today finally asked me to set it up and now I’m cancelling all my subscriptions and strictly being a vinyl guy because this is cool

(I’m mostly kidding but I’m thinking hard)

I didn’t have a vinyl set up from 2018-2022 despite having close to 100 records at the time and I kept buying new ones knowing I had no where to set it up where I was living, when I finally got into a space I could set it up in and got a new turntable (mine broke in all the moving I guess) I was like holy fuck I forgot how sick this is, a few weeks ago I got these new holders for my records that hold 50 records each and I was like oh last time I counted I was under 100 I should be fine. Turns out I bought a lot more in those four years than I thought because I have like 10 records too many but it’s okay I’ll just buy another one

 

Real talk, MC Kids was a really dope NES game.

EDIT: Treasure also made a really good McDonalds game for the Genesis.

I was the same way. I bought like a crazy amount of pop punk/hardcore records from 2012 to 2019 and then sold them all and eventually in like 2022 bought a record player and started it all over again. lol I truly miss some of those records.

 

Hmm am I crazy or are Omega Ruby gym leaders way easier to defeat than in the original Emerald?

 

I've noticed that a lot of the more recent Pokemon games are alot easier than the originals on Game Boy

 

Yeah I just remember in Emerald, I got my ass handed to me in the Dewford gym and had to do some serious leveling up. In OR I just spammed gust with my Wingull on every single Pokemon and won without potions or anything haha
