Aright I watched some Dragons Dogma 2 vids and I gotta say the no quest markers thing sounds like it will make this a refreshing experience and I trust the devs did things right after seeing all of these glowing previews.

 

Digitized mocap should make a comeback.

 

One of my favorite channels. Her love for JRPG’s is so wholesome.

 

Doesn't the studio that does Demon Slayer incorporate live action footage into their animation? I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with that as long as it doesn't stick out too much to the point of being distracting?

oh shit, i didn't know Max was gonna be in the game!! that's awesome. so dope getting to see him get in actual video games (like Naraka Bladepoint before this, and technically that mod for Trouble Shooter in DNF Duel)

 

I stayed up til 4 am last night playing tactics ogre lol

 

I don't know if it'll top 13 Sentinels for me, but I'm very much looking forward to Unicorn Overlord. Glad to see it getting so much praise already!

 

Yeah that game is at the top of their output for me too.

 

I really wish I finished 13 Sentinels, I got far enough in that I really loved it but I don't want to have to experience the first 10 hours again on a replay.

 

Tonight I'm finally trying Helldivers 2

I’m on chapter 3 of tactics ogre. These battles are tough. I’ve only lost one guy to perma death but at the end of any given battle I’ve got like 4-5 people down and at risk of being lost with 2 turns lol. I guess it’s part of my strategy to get really aggressive if I think I can end things before losing people that die

 

As I said elsewhere, Chrono Trigger and Dragon Quest is what I'll always remember him for.

Game is hard af honestly and I love it

 

I’m pretty decent at these types of games games I usually play on normal and do fairly well but there’s always a few walls I can’t get past. Tactics ogre has several per chapter lol.
