2 full playthroughs of FF7R and I feel like a wizard with the combat, deff took a long time to truly get a good feel for it though.

 

Oh yeah, Fenyx Rising is also very very good

 

For sure it does. I didn't like it one bit when it first came out. Took me a while to get back into it and nonstick through it until it clicked.

yeah, SFV launched with barely ANYTHING and what was there (literally just online matches) barely even worked
it really tanked the game and they almost didn't recover
(the story mode itself has gotten a lot of scrutiny too)

 

Apparently Endless Ocean is coming to Switch. Not sure if it’s a sequel, remake, or remaster though.

Hahaha it was this scuba diving adventure game for Wii. I didn’t know about it until today either but it seems like it was actually pretty popular

Last Epoch 1.0 coming out on weds. I played a bit of the EA and liked what i played. POE was just too much for me, i'll go back someday prob but for now i'm good lol/

I had no idea endless ocean was popular at all, but I loved it, especially the first one.

So I'd been on an unwanted break from this game due to coming down with the flu, but I'm back on my feet now so I picked up where I left off.

I'm now starting to do the actual romantic bonding scenes, and I can see how this will play out will be tedious.

This section of the game takes place in Crossbell's amusement park, Mishelam Wonderland. You're given a certain number of tickets to use on whichever characters you want. I've given myself infinite tickets, so that's not a problem.

You use a ticket on someone and if at the end of the event you've managed to get their bonding level up to MAX, that automatically triggers their "final bonding scene".

For the guys and side characters, this is fine enough to unlock their achievements, but for the romanceable characters, you're given the option at the end of their scene to go on a date with them.

Now, I can go to every single character and set this up, and what will happen is after more events happen, I'll have a choice to pick which character I want to take on the date, and then and only then will I unlock their achievement.

That means to unlock more achievements, I'll have to reload to a save right before I choose said character, and choose someone else, and so on and so forth.

I get why they did this, but after III allowed me to get all the achievements in one go on the same save, I'm a little miffed I have to now do things the hard way again.

Let me play Rean like a harem seeker, goddammit!

 

Booted up Apex Legends for the first time in months. Took a couple games to remember the controls but already won one where I kicked ass.
