My other suggestion is Returnal.

 

Yeah maybe but I’m only going to pick games that I want to play still. I just feel like I didn’t finish enough games last year and think this might be a nice way of tracking what I’m playing and encouraging me to finish it so I can go on to the next experience.

Obviously if I’m not enjoying a game for whatever reason I’ll drop it because I’m not gonna force myself through it haha. I’ve also noted Returnal

My resolution once I'm done with the Trails series is to play more smaller games.

For nearly 2 years, Ive been planning on replaying Elden Ring when the DLC comes out, timing my playthrough so that I am at a point where I can access it when it releases. But now with these damn thrustmaster rumors, I dont know if I should start it now or not. If it shadowdrops and I havent started it Ill be so behind but if I start it and its a ways off still there will be too much of a gap. Someone please tell me when it releases so I can plan.

Being a gamer is tough sometimes...

 

Thanks to everyone who suggested PS+ games for me to check out. I've filed away the major recommendations to make sure I get to them at some point.

For now, I've got Rift Apart downloaded and I started playing Returnal last night. Very impressed with Returnal so far. I honestly didn't know much about it other than "beloved" and "sci-fi shooter thing," so it's been a thrill.

 

Tiny Tina is supposed to have been pretty good wasn't it?

It's not fantastic but I liked it a lot more than Borderlands 3 mostly because it tried a couple new things and the aesthetics were cool. I'd recommend.

Tiny Tina was more interesting to me than borderlands is, but I was still bored, even in coop

 

I would like to eventually get into Wonderlands and BL3 DLC but I'm still not over how horribly BL3 DLC was handled (TWO season passes???)

Yeah, I think the next two years are going to really shake the industry. It just seems so volatile and unsustainable in so many ways right now. It's a huge fucking sack of awful.
