Man once I got the combo of Monaco’s Agility move that cost 0 + Balanced, and Lune’s Spark attack that damages every hit, I became significantly more powerful. Sciel’s skillset is hard hitting and having the power to heal allies 30% helped when Lune needed to recharge.

all in all, love the battle system

That’s odd, usually then it runs until the end of the month. Maybe there’s a 48 hour period or something. Good to know.

my friend mentioned Stellar Blade and i confused it with Soulstice (which starts with "s") and Awaken: Astral Blade (which ends in "Blade")

anyway, he showed me a trailer and i was like, oh is that the one where everyone's obsessed with her butt

he said it's basically a clone of Nier, which he is very much into. neither of us have a PS5 tho

2 lines instead of one, otherwise virtually identical

 

usually these days logo treatments don't really stop at just a static logo but include theming, animations and other "features". The new ubisoft logo is a great example, how it changes in almost every game.

While, yes, at first glance it's probably not that small of a change, but I bet there's a lot of technical underpinnings in the logo that make it easier to integrate in different IPs.

they should have just done the minimalistic style and just have a black background with a white naughty dog in the most corporate basic text

That’s what really would have made them stand out

 

Hard to believe. Steam CCU was really low and you can game pass all you want Clair Obscur cleared it immediately.

(Not doubting the 3M players but like idk can’t imagine 5 years of operating id is cheap)

 

getting frustrated with green stakes in Balatro, feel like i've hit a wall

on another note, i'm installing SRIV again bc as much as i love her character in TLOU2 i need to hear Laura Bailey in a fun role. hoooopefully this doesn't distract me too much from Clair Obscur (which Balatro was already doing)
