Not sure if it's been brought up...but why are Red Dead's shooting mechanics so shit? They made Max Payne with awesome and fluid 3rd person shooting, but the cover system and aim in Red Dead (and GTA) are so clunky and not fun. Look at Naughty Dog games, 3rd person with shooting. Your characters movements, aim and overall shooting mechanics are smooth and because of that, fun.

There are plenty of things I like about Red Dead, but I'm struggling to get through it. There's so much cool shit but the overall gameplay is lacking. For me the shooting is a main reason for what I don't like.

    This is my design

Black Friday list is looking like:
Nier Automata, Diablo 3, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, God of War, Detroit Become Human, Injustice 2, maybe Prey, maybe Far Cry 5, and Spider-Man if it's $30 or under.

its been a long time since I played Max Payne 3

but MP3 and RDR2 have my fave shooting and I wasnt sure they were that different

I like that it encourages free aim

The fact that the Switch, a portable device that is pushing digital purchases heavily with their Gold Points service and digital exclusives, only has an internal storage of 32gb is laughable.

(I understand you can expand it, but it's still expensive.)

There will always be a market for physical games in some way, even if it's just for limited editions or whatever because the collector fans will always exist.

This is true, the amount of physical copies of indie games is drastically increasing

As long as humans exist physically so will everything else. Humans like tangibility. I would hate an all digital world because I like the tactile nature of things.

This is also why brick and mortar retail will always exist to a certain extent

  21. No spoilers but RDR2 starts to get absurdly good in late chapter 3/throughout chapter 4. The pacing of the story is wild.
