No, it's not. Microsoft made a couple of huge blunders with the Xbox One and while the money definitely isn't in hardware sales nowadays, their numbers pale in comparison to Nintendo and Sony which is still important to investors, future projects, potential partnerships, etc.

They are very smart to be pushing backwards compatibility and Game Pass. Sony is going to have a real fight ahead of them considering PS Now is kind of a mess and no one talks about it.
