My bad looks like I saw the Japanese version

Twisted Metal and Syphon Filter are pretty good!

I think it's worth the purchase now with all the updates they've given it. You can find a copy of it really cheap.

  3. Jumping Flash is on that PS1 Classic thing... so that's cool... but yeah, nothing else really worth paying for

Fuck all of your terrible Mario 64 competitors for a second, I just realised that there is no Tony Hawk on this

    lmao okay

and this is definitely Activision's doing

  6. THPS would have been hard because of all the licensed music, the brands, and the fact that Activision no longer holds the Tony Hawk license.

I think Activision still owns those Tony Hawk games. They still sell 5 for example. They just can't make new ones. The music could be rough yes but there would probably be a way around that (either renewing the licenses or changing the soundtrack, I mean they did manage out for their THPS1 remaster), if they would want it to happen, but given that Spyro isn't even on there they obviously don't, haha.

The soundtrack of THPS is a big part of what makes it good though.

Was the Remaster any good? I heard that it was “ok”. With that being said, I’m really excited for the Spyro remaster.

I have the week of Thanksgiving off so my plan is to get the Spyro remaster and spend the week playing that. I'm so excited.

I spent more time playing R6 3 and Black Arrow on Xbox live than anything else. Throw in a little co-op Crimson Skies and then some Halo 2 when that dropped.

People hating the PS1 Classic lineup are bugging. Metal Gear Solid, Tekken 3, Resident Evil, Twisted Metal, FF7, Cool Boarders and Syphon Filter were all classic games for me. Hell, I was obsessed with Intelligent Cube when I was a kid too. Plus I've never gotten the chance to play the original Grand Theft Auto or Rainbow Six so that'll be cool.

Only glaring omissions I can think of right now is Tomb Raider and Pa Rappa Tha Rapper. Also jealous that the Japanese version gets Parasite Eve.

Dante’s Inferno is a fantastic game and one of my favorite of all time. Same studio that gave us Dead Space.

Gotta agree, a lot of that line-up feels completely right to me. Anyone thinking they were gonna put Spyro or Crash on there after the remasters was deluding themselves. Tomb Raider would've been nice but hey.
