Sooooo i'm of course fuckin loving Bloodborne, do any of the other soulsborne games have as fluid combat as BB??? Sekiro maybe? DS1 combat fucking blows compared to Bloodborne

I know the first one was a shitshow, but NBA Playgrounds 2 is actually really cool. Definitely a game NBA Jam fans should check out. Even the 2K introduced microtransaction are okay, because you can fairly easily unlock enough gold to just unlock the whole roster, or even spend 10 bucks to do it right away. Given that I would recommend buying it on sale.

Dark Souls 3's combat took a lot of cues from Bloodborne and became smoother and a bit faster than the combat in DS1 and 2, but it's still Dark Souls combat at its core. Sekiro is totally different from both Bloodborne and Dark Souls, to the point that you can't really compare them in any 1-to-1 sense, in my opinion. Sekiro's combat is wayyyyy more action-focused than even Bloodborne's and puts a heavy emphasis on perfectly-timed blocks and parries moreso than dodging or turtling.

DS3 is a bit closer to Bloodborne than DS1 but not quite the same.

 

DS3 is my second favourite From Soft game after Bloodborne, I've seen other people say that's their top 2.

 

All of my posts are perfect too, to be honest

 

I like the aesthetics/world of Bloodborne more (and that goes a long way because that's so much of the appeal of From games) but I do think Dark Souls 3 is the better game between the two

 

Bloodborne >>>>>>>>>> All other FS games >>>>>>>> DS2

 

Sekiro = Bloodborne > Demon’s Souls > Dark Souls 1 > 3 > 2

But I say that as someone who liked 2 a lot too

 

Bloodborne > DS3 > DS1 = Sekiro > DeS > DS2


DS2 is still good it's just the worst of a fantastic bunch
