Got gamepass till December 2020 for $1 get hype

 

Buddy who's at E3 said that a Bethesda guy told him about upcoming Switch titles and hinted at New Vegas.

 

would buy that. i wonder if they'd release it at 60USD

 

Never played that game. Would get it in a heartbeat.

 

If New Vegas comes to Switch I would literally die. I think that Bethesda guy was yanking their chain however.

 

Doesn't Bethesda like to pretend that game doesn't exist?

Probably. But I'll still get hyped for no reason.

 

Todd/BGS would rather everyone forget New Vegas exists because they're still bitter that it's the best Fallout game and they didn't make it. I think the chances of it being remade are less than zero. But I guess stranger things have happened before.

 

I don't even need a remake. I'll play a port in a heartbeat.

 

I meant remastered, not remade. My mistake.

 

I am kind of surprised, however, that we still haven't seen Fallout 3 on Switch/current-gen consoles.

I’ve wanted Fallout 3 on the Switch since literally the first time I picked mine up

 

GameStop's trade in can actually be really good if you look for their trade in deals. If they have something like "every Switch game gets you an extra $10" or "every 3 games gives you an additional 10%" it can be pretty nice.

I usually don't understand how upset people get with GameStop's trade in credit. It's all their other shit people should be upset with.

 

I don't know why it's an issue. Skyrim runs great on it.

 

I was just thinking that the other day. A New Vegas re-master also wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

 

I've tried 3 and 4 and couldn't get into either. Is NV different enough that I might like it or nah?

 

Hmm, I wanna say you probably won't like it if you didn't enjoy 3. I really enjoy the story much more than 3.

 

I assumed after I didn't like either of those that I wouldn't like the series in general, just thought that since it's some people favourite here that it might be quite a bit different

 

Fallout 3 is just way more likely because Todd and BGS don't have imposter syndrome over it lol

 

It has the best story and characters of the three, which is why it's held in such high esteem, but yeah if you can't get into the actual gameplay of 3 and 4 you won't like it.
