Seriously. I’m one of the fools that buys them every year. Usually I play the multiplayer for about a month and then never touch it again, but Modern Warfare is easily my favorite game. The remastered version a few years ago was not very good imo so this is welcome, especially if they tie in different maps from all of the different Modern Warfare games and maybe keep the simplistic nature of the three main kill streaks from the first MW. Definitely no specialists please.

 

Believe it’s been “leaked” (leaked as in, the person saying it called multiple things about the game months and months ago that got confirmed today) that specialists are gone, MW3 type kill steaks will return so different packages and apparently no mini map in any game modes unless a UAV was called in.

 

I only buy the ones that have realistic guns, the last being WW2 which wasn't too bad. I put so many hours into the MW games so if this one does not have any of that futuristic crap and has amazing graphics I'm sold.

As far as the playground rumour goes, I’ll eat my hat if that’s actually a thing (in regards to you genuinely being the one doing it, rather than it being a motive throughout the game as means for reaction). Really don’t think in this climate they’d risk releasing a mission like that. Woke up the other day and turned the tv on to see some lunatic had gone and stabbed a load of elementary school kids and then himself near Tokyo. Games don’t need this kind of bollocks in.
