convinced a couple friends to put down the $15 for Wildlands and we are having a lot of fun with it. this map is absurdly large and it looks gorgeous.

 

re: Dead Cells on phones, dont doubt the lengths some people go to. my buddy hangs out with a guy that has an 8BitDo on him at all times and if we are out he will just drop his phone on the table and start playing Megaman or something with it

 

Interested to see what additional DDLC content might look like

not ready for that hahaha. I cannot touch him. his attacks are just so unnatural looking I can't figure out the patterns.

 

I felt the same at first but trust me there is a very clear rhyme and reason to what he's doing and once you figure it out it's actually one of the easier boss fights imo

 

Think i'm gonna do my weekly dive into Cuphead tonight

 

Got back into AC Odyssey with the season pass. Excited for whats next.

Yeah I am. I've kind of steadily gotten back into it after I finished Sekiro and now I've kind of realized I'm fully back into it after cooling on it for a while.

 

Wildlands is a solid game, so I’m down for more of that. Also love that they got Jon Berenthal to basically be Ghost Recon Punisher

 

I refuse to spend a single time krystal in MK11 cause I know they're gonna release something insanely better after selling us stuff we can get in the Krypt. Gonna save them all and hopefully not have to put another dollar in. I like this game, but i'm catching the grief behind microtransactions now a bit better this time around.

 

Technomancer was free recently so I downloaded it. I was interested in it before, but I never pulled the trigger, because of well middling reviews. Anyway, I played a few hours of it today. It’s the perfect example as to why I miss the healthy AA game market that still existed for the last gen. It’s messy and unpolished, but intriguing. For now at least it has grabbed me, which is more than I can say about many other, much more polished and high profile games I have started playing recently.

 

@The Lucky Moose are you the Epic Mickey stan on here or an I confused? My girlfriend, bless her heart, has started in on Hollow Knight but I think she’s nearing the point where it will kill destroy her patience and I saw Epic Mickey 2 on Game Pass so was wondering if that’s a decent enough platformer for when she starts losing her shit

 

@CobraKidJon is, I think. I liked Epic Mickey 1. I haven’t played 2 but I haven’t heard great things. I don’t remember the details though.

Voodoo Vince is probably on Game Pass, right? That’s a pretty fun platformer.

 

So excited for the PS4 State of Play stream. Been dying to hear more about MediEvil. Supposedly Until Dawn 2 will be announced too, though it’d have to be pretty impressive for me to bat an eyelid at another QTE game like that.

Annoyingly it’s at 11pm UK time, so won’t get to see it until tomorrow.

 

Until Dawn is one of the best party games ever. Get everybody loaded or high and y’all try to decide who lives or dies.

 

I played it in one sitting with my friend and had a great time, but I don’t think it’s a game crying out for a sequel.

 

Plus even creepier Mr. Robot in digital form!
