it's $15 digitally right now. worth it? would mostly be playing solo so I'm not sure.

 

Absolutely. Despite its flaws, it’s still a very enjoyable game and it’s never not fun to hunt down random narcos.

Islanders is a really fun, chill city builder. Plays more like a single player board game than your sim city types (its definitely a city builder game, not a city sim game) -- but exactly the right balance of strategy and chill so that its engaging and you feel like your choices matter without being overwhelming.

Definitely could use a tablet/switch port because its a great time killer but at $5 you really can't go wrong buying it on PC and then buying it again when/if they release it on another platform too.

Putting the AI fighter on Mortal Kombat is more fun than actually playing.

 

Now that I know some of the characters better and have changed their moves it's awesome. I do use the AI mode to farm coins and souls while I do other stuff though.

 

I still only play Jade lol
