Maybe we three just liked GTA4 because of the old world representation lmao

 

I liked that it was a change of pace for GTA. Which is why people on the internet agressively hated it and rockstar will never make another GTA that's like it

I just remembered an early, semi-common critique against BotW on this board was “no green tunic”, yet I’m somehow the hater lol

the only reason I come to this thread is to post the news, talk about how great cuphead is and also complain why did ea ruin everything fun by no more street sports series

 

All that stuff went away, a long with most “AA games” that were still frequent and often great fun during the last gen, because of skyrocketing development costs

I'd argue Sekiro is an AA game, and so is Darksiders 3. And they both fucking rule.

honestly the only thing I didn't like about GTA IV is how floaty the cars were. But even that's something you can get used to.

 

Yeah. There’s way fewer of them though. And both of those exist because of previous, related games.

 

I enjoy GTA 4 but customisation was a big step back from San Andreas and the whole look of the game just didn't do anything for me

Anthem is a mediocre AAA game, don’t diss AA games like that
