I don’t think anyone in this thread is “falling for” anything. It’s just good to know the game is at its core what the vast majority of people wanted. Whether it winds up being a good game is an entirely other discussion.

It is ALSO, at the very least, a relief to SEE it written out for a game published by EA and developed by respawn. Plenty of reason to be excited if you’re a fan of Star Wars and respawn games!

I feel like the no DLC thing was a huge detriment to battlefield v, battlefront 2, titanfall 2 and even halo 5.

All games shipped with too little multiplayer content, updates took forever and there was a dearth of new content in the long run.
