Lich King OST is probably my second favorite, just love how bombastic Legion's score gets.

They are all incredible scores though, definitely amongst my favorite in gaming.

 

You don't have to play the easy mode, you know?

My preference would be a tourism mode for those who want to experience the world/lore of the from games, I know that's probably a shitty compromise for some, but I think it'd be just a rad mode in general.

 

Its not about being against an easy mode, i wouldn't actually care if they added one. I think it's dumb that people are trying to force them to add one though.

 

This is also a conversation that is loaded with hyperbole and plenty of defense of the design of From's games can come from gatekeeper "get gud" knobs, which just makes me groan in general even if I agree that From shouldn't compromise in their vision... I also don't think an easy mode does that, especially since the series has an established legacy.

Me too because I always play easy modes lol. I actually feel like I would appreciate the games less by doing that though or get less out of it in a way which is kind of why I think it does go against the nature of those games.

 

Idk i just wish people were being more honest about what they want instead of weaponizing accessibility

 

For people who don’t have that problem, yes, but so what?

 

Nobody is forcing anyone. They put their product out there and people react to it.

 

Not every game has to be tailor made for everyone. From games aren’t ever gonna be for me and that’s okay.

The conflation between accessibility and difficulty is pretty patronizing I'll grant you, social media discourse is bad as usual.

 

I get that some people want an easy mode , what I personally just don't understand is why people are buying the game then moaning afterwards that they want an easy mode. You either knew it was going to be hard and bought it anyway, or paid full price for a game and did zero research beforehand which is equally stupid

people probably think they’re better than they are and get mad when they suck. they need to be like me and be honest about themselves and only play games with easy modes

 

wait are people rallying against sekiro having an easy mode or is the thought process that they make the whole game easy in general

 

I also wonder how many of these articles about the game being too hard were ready to go before the game had even been released
