I don't know if it's that they know something is coming or they just understand that the biggest games of the year often launch in that window and they're hoping to capitalize on a time of year when not that many big things come out. Early September doesn't always have big heavy hitter games coming out, so it makes sense they'd launch then because it'll be the biggest thing on the market at that time. Especially coming at the tail end of the summer when people are clamoring for big new releases to play. It's a smart sales move, I think.

 

I stand by my genius-level idea that Nintendo should package Wind Waker HD, Twilight Princess HD, and an HD port of Skyward Sword together for Switch as "The Legend of Zelda: Land, Sea, & Air Trilogy".

Holy fuck I can't wait to play Twilight Princess again. And Wind Waker for the first time.

 

Yah after loving BOTW so much I wanna play all the games from the past 2 decades. I haven't really played any of em.

 

But like, why doesn't Nintendo bang out remakes and what not of the games we clamor for? Are we a small demographic and the game isn't really that wanted? There are just so many ideas that seem like SUCH easy money.

I assume anyone who gets excited about playing TP has never played it before

 

I've played like 10 seconds at a friend's house when I was a kid so outside of that yeah never played it hahaha
