Actually haven't played that much yet as I've been playing Harvest Moon a wonderful life lol

 

I loved origins, couldn’t put it down.

 

yeah Origins is a masterpiece haha

 

All AC are great. But obviously there is an order to that.

 

I miss Ezio lol

 

AC1, III and Unity are not good

 

I like them.

 

all I know is Unity looked incredible when it came out and I'd love a 4k patch for it

 

I never got around to playing Origins or Odyssey despite liking AC through Syndicate. They've been on my list for a long time.

 

I eventually played Unity after Origins and it was just so boring in comparison

 

People that deny this have nostalgia for games that did not age well lol nobody that isn’t trolling that plays the Ezio games and Syndicate in 2019 will say Syndicate isn’t better

 

I’m excited to check out the Remastered III and it’s been optimized for the ONE X.

 

1, all of Ezio, Black Flag are my top that I have completed. I was hyped for 3 with the revolution and what not, but that game was a let down (though coming off of the Ezio trilogy probably had something to do with that). Unity was beautiful but the gameplay was so weird, like alright my dude can jump 50 feet over a road now but can’t climb things/fight correctly

 

It might have been cause my buddy had everything unlocked, but all of the magic stuff put me off. Felt like a different game completely, plus I found the areas to be very confusing (although they were GORGEOUS). At least with some of the abilities in Odyssey you can just be like “they are super strong” or “it’s adrenaline”.

The thing I loved most about the AC series is the fact that everything remained pretty grounded in terms of physical abilities unless you had a piece of eden. Origins was just different to me. I just couldn’t get into it. My buddy loves Origins though

Once I play more Odyssey it has a lot of potential to climb up the ladder.

Also, something like Black Flag is fantastic but loses points for me because of the MP.

Risk For Rain 2 is a ton of fun and worth it at twenty bucks, especially because it comes with a gift copy.

the only problem with origins is the shitty camera for side quest cuts

 

Minor spoiler if you haven't found it or don't want it ruined in AC: Origins, but the crazy underground tomb/hall in the Desheret Desert is probably my favorite location. After finding everything there is to find there, some sort of side mission had changed it or maybe it was the time of day I went. But when I returned, I had a really hard battle against these like shadow men and they spanked my ass several times over before I got through it.
