will be hard for me to justify a new console when I already have GP for PC and that makes up the bulk of my Xbox playing time.

 

I’d say Xbox and PS will probably be more even this gen. Xbox has a couple good features the PS5 is lacking, like smart delivery.

 

And some Batman shit, what rocksteady is doing, IO interactive new IP.

I'm actually pretty optimistic about the new Xbox but maybe I just enjoy Game Pass that much. If the Microsoft exclusive games look great, being able to just download and play them with a subscription is a huge positive for me. I can't afford to build a PC and own a console or buy two new consoles so this is kind of a big decision for me.

I'm also more interested in a new Forza Horizon than Gran Turismo personally because I'm a filthy driving casual.

 

Wonder if the discless PS5 will be $100 cheaper or so? Sure, 4K Blu-Ray disc drives aren’t pricy (like $20 cost to Sony prob), but since it’s discless any purchase of a game that the owner of the console makes will no longer have a 15% cut to the retailer like GameStop. So I’m wondering if they’ll use that additional 15% to subsidize the cost of the discless one?

 

Last Horizon was so so so much fun.

 

Idk but I’d like to see the console digital games marketplaces get a lot more fuckin realistic with their prices a la Steam

 

that would probably be a smart move honestly.
