I'm 24 and my sleep schedule is absolutely fucked, for example it's 4:46 am and I probably won't go to sleep for another like hour

 

I know your pain. I wake up every bloody day around 4:30/5am like clockwork. No reason why. I just do. Even though I always go right back to sleep.

EDIT: WAIT you don’t go to sleep at all UNTIL 4:30 onwards?!

 

I sometimes stay up until 3 if I'm really not tired at all. For me there's nothing worse than going to bed before I'm tired, that makes me not sleep at all. Getting 4 hours sleep is better than getting none

 

I can’t imagine this life. If I want to sleep, I just put my head down. It’s as simple as that for me. Even at work I can just nod off in a heartbeat. Literally can sleep anywhere. Except a fucking plane. But yeah......then I wake up daft early randomly. Regardless of whatever time I went to bed

 

I had the best sleep that I've had in a while last night and that was... 6 hours
