I remember the theme park part of mafia 3 was so good but life got busy and I stopped playing it

 

I hear so many conflicting things about that series esp 3

 

Mafia 3 was fun but it got repetitive real quick

It’s repetitive in a good way because the gameplay loop is amazing

During this lockdown I've finally been able to play my ps4 again for the first time since like 2018. Finished Shadow of the Tomb Raider, started off really slow but ends up being great. I just downloaded Modern Warfare, and am now realizing that I've had Heavy Rain and Detroit: Becoming Human on my console for years but never played them. Either of those worth diving into?

 

Detroit is worth looking into if this thread is anything to go by. Think it was popular. Plus it was free on PS+ anyway, so no harm done if it ain’t your thing.
Modern Warfare is fantastic. Dying to play Warzone again but since March I’ve had no decent wifi and I’m stuck waiting for a Japanese vendor to come out and sort it. During corona season.

 

David Cage is a fucking prick and a creep, but I wouldn't want to diminish the hard work done by the rest of the talented people at his studio by not suggesting you play those games. Heavy Rain and Detroit both have some really good positives to them and I fully think they are worth the playthrough. Some fantastic moments in both.

 

I really liked Heavy Rain when it first came out. I replayed it last year I think and it had aged horribly lol. But I guess it might be more enjoyable if you haven't played it before and don't know the story already.
