I got probably 80% of the way through Mass Effect 1 back when it came out. I just couldn’t do it anymore. Loved the kotors so I was hype about that game but I just couldn’t make myself like it - as much as I seriously wanted to. Hate it when that stuff happens.

 

Also the ME soundtracks are great.

Thank god for ME2, and 80% of 3.

I was so hyped for those first couple ms exclusive 360 games(ME, Too Human, PDZ etc), and really only Gears was the first to deliver.

 

Man remember Jade Empire? BioWare used to THAT rpg studio

 

Now small studios of 20 people are making better bioware games than bioware currently are lol Greedfall

 

I’ve actually never played a spiders game. I should change that

 

I wanted to check that out, it’s worth getting?

 

If you like a game that’s endearingly janky, check out Bound By Flame. You can probably get it for super cheap now.

Ehhhhhhhhh kinda. It’s nowhere near as punishing as a Souls game. And it has like Dragon Age-style character relationships and stuff too. You always have a partner character with you.

It was a fun budget title. I liked it. Not that long though, which is why getting it for cheap is good.

 

Yeah it's really good. Easily their best game yet.

Yeah it's like $4 on the PS store currently. worth it imo lol

 

Technomancer by them is always on sale and definitely worth getting

It's become popular for people to argue it's better than Mass Effect 2 because "there's more exploration and there are more RPG systems". But the exploration is shit and the RPG systems are nonsense. Lol. Mass Effect 2 may be more streamlined, but it accomplishes what it set out to do far better than what Mass Effect 1 tried to do.
