Blacklist is the second best game in the franchise behind Chaos Theory. The only reason anyone looked down on it is because MI wasn't the voice actor for Sam Fisher. But its design is first class. The first two games are still decent but they've clearly aged the worst.

 

I didn’t like it that much. Felt too much like a Conviction mod where they tried to make it like the older games. Mark and execute was a bad feature.

However, that being said, I would take a new SC in the vein of Blacklist with further refinement. But if there is a new SC, I can see it resembling something like Ghost Recon Breakpoint.

 

reboot Splinter Cell with a new main character would be cool

 

Nah keep Sam Fisher for one last entry.

Can’t believe they had Ironside record lines for two terrible stories in two Ghost Recon games.

Mark and execute was fine in Blacklist. I just don't like being forced into using it because the game's design is based entirely around it. At least in a Splinter Cell. Conviction is sort of okay on its own but not being able stealth your way through the entire game is anti-Splinter Cell.

It's fine in Blacklist though. Just another mechanic that is an option.

 

got to Bill’s house/camp in TLOU last night and stopped there, excited to get back into the story tonight.
