The best thing in GTA IV is that someone literally put a text line that a boat can’t drive on the streets

 

The GTAV update was so substantial that playing it almost felt like a new GTA

I put like 800 hrs into that game and it would still surprise me with voiceovers that I had never heard before - to the point where I wondered if they added a bunch in updates

 

No I mean what they did to the game graphically and the first person mode

 

OH. Absolutely. I often just slowly walk about in the city in first person and it blows my mind. Completely different feel. Graphically it’s still super impressive and I’m constantly jumping back on it. Even if it’s just to stare at a sunset to music. Or drive to places in LA that I’ve been

 

I'm fully into The Outer Worlds now, it's basically a mix of Fallout and Mass Effect and I can't get enough

I've heard it's pretty short though

 

If you do all the side quests I think the length is pretty satisfying

 

In most open world games I skip side quests that don't interest me, but I haven't done that a single time in this game. I think it's because it's a series of small "open worlds" instead of one huge one, it makes it feel less overwhelming. Plus the missions are fun, I really like the heavy emphasis on dialogue

I have a large backlog and I actually play games

 

I have so many people depending on me to play that game

 

I’m just trying to remember what cover system it was. Maybe Gears Of War but if it had that top tier cover system uncharted would be so much better gun play wise.

 

Do it it might take you 4 years to finish it but it's worth it

Also I'm not much of a LOTR fan but if it's just Gollum solving puzzles I'd buy it
