Man and that is so much content now too. Even if you just play DS 1-3, all those DLCs really add up, especially with Remastered including the Artorias stuff.

I saw Scholar of the First Sin is currently only $10 right now on PSN and I can’t think of many better ways to spend $10 for someone who’s never played it.

 

On PS4 right now:

Dark Souls Remastered is $23.99
Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin is $9.99
Dark Souls 3 Deluxe Edition is $21.24

Never been a better time to try these games out for those that have never played them. You can get all three with all of their DLC for less than $60.

While 3 is my favorite of the trilogy I always tell people they really need to play 1 first because of all the awesome references to 1 that 3 has

 

3 is easily my favourite. All 3 are great though.

 

HL2 is really a puzzle game even right down to the shooting

3 has the best boss fights imo. The nameless King, the giant fight w/ the lightning sword, and that dragon fight where you had to fall on it a certain way!

I've talked to some people who said it had too much Fantasy NBA Jam and not enough rolling around. Which is just stupid. Fantasy NBA Jam trumps all.

 

Man Supergiant are a great studio. Pyre, and Transistor were real cool. Wonder what they’re working on.....

I didnt have that like overpowering feeling that I remember from Doom ‘16 but it was still fun. I didn’t mind the platforming parts that it seemed like people complained about.

 

I'm pretty sure they confirmed it'll be coming to multiple platforms, but they couldn't support early access for more than one platform since they're a small team. So they chose PC early access and will port it whenever it officially releases.
