Definitely 2. 3 has the better villain but the adventure as a whole is better in 2

 

The whole train sequence in 2 and the chase sequence in 4 are some of my fave gaming moments ever

I keep thinking it’s like assassins creed and I’m trying to climb everything in uncharted

also I will only find 40 out of the 60 treasures on my first run which is a bummer

 

The climbing in 4 is mental and other than no wall-running it’s absolutely AC lol

the average new school HBO series is bad - just look at Westworld

Sopranos, Barry, and Righteous Gemstones are good but that’s about it

explain to us how TLOU story is really good

it’s a perfectly serviceable zombie apocalypse for a video game - the setting and narrative is completely generic. the relationship between Joel and Ellie is good and obviously a focal point - but again it’s not exactly a revelation of story telling.

 

I mean, I just read your opinions on HBO shows and so I think you just have bad taste.

This final platforming section in Doom Eternal on the Urdak mission is fucking the stupidest thing.

 

Apparently I’m not alone. I’ve googled a bunch of fellow nerds like me saying how terrible it is.

 

HBO is kind of a husk now. they’re putting out more shows than ever and many don’t remember them. Meanwhile people remember the big series like GOT imploding and Westworld being an embarrassing juvenile mess.
