Anyone play RE3 yet? Was gonna dl soon, but I’m still deep into DOOM. Plus Nioh 2. Plus FE.


Damn yeah now I really do feel like a dweeb for posting about my frustrations of TLOU delay.

I just finished it about 15 minutes ago.

Fun game. Didn’t love it as much as 2. First playthrough took me about 5.5 hours

 

Maybe I should hold off on RE3 then. Sigh

 

I didn’t play on the hardest difficulty or anything but I mostly took my time with it.

Missed some collectibles. Certainly not a very long game (I believe someone beat it in 57 minutes on the hardest difficulty) but it was enjoyable.

Will be even better on a sale haha

I'm very groggy and read "I just finished it. Took me 15 minutes," and I was really confused.

 

I finished FFVII on the Switch, first time playing it and fuck. Pre-ordered the Remake straight after.

 

FINALLY finished AC Odyssey, absolutely loved it for the most part (only thing I didn't like was the ship stuff but that's every AC game that has included it). Really like how they totally leaned into the RPG stuff, it almost felt like a new IP but with the AC flavor, thoroughly enjoyed it. I put in 69 hours (nice)

You're right that RE3 wasn't as well received. Code Verona was critically acclaimed tho

Anybody play/beat Prey? I just started it and love the atmosphere. Trying to decide if I want to dig into Prey, start Doom Eternal or download and play Resident Evil 2 remake. It's spring break so I should be able to finish at least one.

 

I almost beat Prey, it got super annoying halfway through, but I was playing on console.

As far as those 2 games go, I think RE2 might be the better one, even though Doom Eternal grew on my a lot.

 

I liked Prey a lot, I haven't gotten all the way through it, but I think it's a solid game with some spooky things.

You can finish RE2 very quickly. It's short.
