RE2 remake was incredible, especially the B run.

that said I loved the demo for 3 even though Nemesis immediately yeeted me once I laid eyes upon him lol

 

RE7 is my fav. Followed by RE 2 remake lol.

played demo of Revelations.

played few minutes of RE6 in game pass and hated it.

rented RE5 in 2009 and it was too hard for me lol.

 

Revelations 2 is really good. The first one is good too.

The only reason this is happening is because they can't get physical copies made in time and they don't want to drop it digitally-only for whatever reason. Don't really think the sales could possibly take that big of a hit if the game was launched digital-only with the option to preorder physical copy, but that's just me I guess. Most people buy games digitally these days anyway.

Wouldn’t be surprised if one of the reasons is that Sony needed a big exclusive for their PS5 launch.

 

@oakhurst kinda what I was thinking. Launching PS5 alongside TLOU2 would be huge for them.

I don't blame them for delaying it. Physical copies of new games are going to be extremely hard to get for a while. People getting it at different times could spoil it for some players who had their copies delayed. Also, people without great internet would have issues downloading it digitally, especially with PSN restricting download speeds.

It's a bummer and it's fair to be upset but this isn't a surprise

Why would they launch it on ps5 that would alienate a huge part of their fan base and lose them a shit ton of money. It’s more of we can’t get it in everyone’s hands all on the same day thing
