So far in 2020 I've started and finished The Outer Worlds, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and Dishonored 2. In other words, I've done virtually nothing in the new year aside from playing video games.

Thinking about playing through either Hellblade or Gears 5 next. Thoughts?

 

Hellblade is pretty lame

 

Lol my gta stats years ago were disgusting. I’d spent over a month on that game with my friend. Since 2013 or whenever it came out, across multiple platforms mind you

 

Is it really? I always though I remembered it being pretty highly regarded? Hmm

 

It was and I was hyped, but it’s so fucking boring and trite. It’s not just a grumpy Moose opinion either, many others here didn’t like it (not just the Euroboys either lol). The combat is fun but not enough to carry the game.

Totally fine with the Cyberpunk delay. So much is coming out to start the year, it’s nice that it’ll be later on now. Plus I trust CDPR and am glad they’re taking their time polishing it

 

I’m seriously bummed about the Cyberpunk delay. Yeah, it’s getting more polish time but damn, this game has been in development for so long now. I just want to play it.
