Got 100% on Fallen Order this past weekend. First time in a very long time i've done that with any game.

Im unironically ready for games to have a “press A to have your character auto combat and win” option

 

A lot of JRPGs have the option of auto-combat

 

with alot of jrpgs I dont even wanna watch a second of combat

conversely I do appreciate the often batshit existential plots of the best jrpgs

Sony is skipping e3 so they will likely do the same thing they did for the ps4 and have their own reveal event. My guess is it will be next month at the end of the PlayStation experience thing going on for the full reveal for the ps5

 

There’s definitely going to be a State of Play or something around E3 time, they’re not going to reveal every single detail about the console and its launch lineup so early in the year.

 

That’s what they did for the ps4 outside of the price and release date they saved those for e3 If I’m not mistaken

 

They had a major presence at E3 that year. Huge press conference and everything. They didn’t really get into many of the games at the reveal event.

Lmao at all the herbs on Twitter acting like Sony not showing up is a dumb decision or they’re scared. Sony doesn’t need an event like E3 to show off stuff. Nintendo realized this years ago, you can just upload a video and get the exact same press you’d get from a conference minus the production costs to set up a theater with a billion screens to show off the latest Call of Duty. You just don’t need it any more, the only reason conferences still happen at this point is just because of tradition.

that’s an interesting second sentence that could be taken a few different ways hmm.

 

I’d take that with a massive grain of salt because 4Chan. A $500 price tag does sound realistic however. The backwards compatibility bit sounds like it’ll come some kind of catch but if true, having five generations compatible with one unit would be a very attractive feature to people on the fence.
