For the record underrated to me can also mean games that are critically acclaimed and even successful but somehow don’t get mentioned a lot when it comes to games of the decade or whatever, e.g. Splatoon

All those 2013 games should haven been launch titles on PS4/XBO. Splinter Cell, Bioshock, Grand Turismo, God of War A, Gears Judgment, Origins.
