I'm not a big fan of racing games in general, but I really don't like open world ones lol

Same, I got paradise for super cheap on PS4 and was just turned off by the open world thing

 

Paradise’s open world is minute in comparison to any other open world driving map really. And then there’s Fuel...

 

if you don't play Paradise like a racing game but more of a, uh, car exploration game, it's super fun.

as a straight up racing game all the prequels are streets ahead.

 

Whichever BO games have the mode where you have to crash and collect the most money in damages are the best games.

 

I always liked Burnout more than other racing games because smashing into cars is way more fun than racing them lol

Burnout Revenge was so cool at the time. It was one of the many original Xbox games you could import your custom music into whilst playing.

 

The thing I hate most about it is barely knowing where I'm suppose to go in a race. So annoying. Wish Criterion would make another game though. They haven't released anything since 2012. Just been providing support for EA essentially. also Black ruled.

 

Exactly, it's so hard to multitask and race someone while having to check when you have to make a sharp left

Asphalt 9: Legends is a free racing game you can play on Switch where you can crash into other cars when you boost to not only knock them out of the race temporarily, but also increase the length of your boost. It's pretty fun, but the Escape missions where you run from the cops can be bullshit.
