COL has always been there, but from what I've heard, they're cracking down hard on it. It's absolutely ridiculous, and it's why I only trade/buy pre-owned when I go there. Having the Amazon discount is too good to pass on

Played the first two hours of RE7... pretty cool so far... not too terrifying.

That report on GameStop is not surprising at all. I'm friends with the assistant manager at my local store and all the shit I hear about the company and their expectations is bananas. Writing up cashiers for not hitting outrageous rewards card sign ups and all that. I've been asked before if it was ok for them to carry out the transaction a certain way to boost certain numbers.

tl,dr: retail is awful and that applies to GameStop

 

I saw on CheapAssGamer that Walmart was doing a clearance on video games which rarely happens.

I decided to check my local one and I stumbled upon Zombie Army Trilogy for $7 which is cool. It's another game I buy and add to my backlog.

 

Went to GameStop last week when they got restocks of the NES classic and asked about it. The manager told me that no gamestops are getting them and that's false and where did I read that. She went on to say they are never making them again and not to expect to see them and how she knows everything there is to know about games. They got them the next day. Sadly I did not

I'm forever bitter at the fact I might never get a NES Classic just because I wanted to get one for my mom and Nintendo is dumb.

 

Yes. Haha. It took quite a while. Now the struggle is finding time to play them

I hope its good now, but I do think the next one will be good.

 

The next Homefront? Will they even do one? We shall see..

 

I'm happy with Little Big Planet 3 as a ps+ game this month

Probably so haha. I don't see what else they'd do except for a new IP, but a home front made under good conditions and getting paid might allow them to make a good one.

 

Yeah, the writing was on the wall for a while. Which sucks because I followed Homefront 2 since it was at THQ. Hopefully they get another shot.

 

I liked this because I want to second the sentiment that I am god awful at it

 

yeah didn't the Homefront devs basically include an apology in the game? Idk if that bodes well for them getting another crack at it, but I hope they do, seems like there were a lot of cool ideas in that game
