Yeah it just had really bad issues at launch. All those games are good but we're shipped unplayable which is what I was getting at. Some even remained unplayabel

 

Shit yeah, I remember it now. I just thought it was so bad compared to the Halo 2 one and completely forgot about it, ha.

 

trying to teach my daughter how to use dual analog has been a harrowing experience. she is starting to pick it up though.

 

It was definitely way weaker/balanced compared to then godly 2 rifle.

 

About to get to chapter 12 of uncharted 4

I think I may pick up the Nathan Drake collection today so should I stop and go through them first lol

 

First game i've played all the way through on my Pro is The Order 1886. I know, it's old. But it was also 9 dollars, 1 dollar for every hour of game play I got out of it.

 

Took you nine hours? That's a lot longer than it took me lol.

I still enjoyed it.

 

finally bought a second controller for my ps4 so i can split screen minecraft with my kid. hopefully she can work her way up to overcooked soon because that game is rad and i want to play it more

I've heard that re:core gets straight up bad near the end. Like not launch related issues.

Just thought that with that last line you were saying it issues were related to technical issues, when a majority of complaints had to do with late gameplay stuff.

ReCore Review

 

Through level 7 in Thumper, hope to have that beat by this weekend and start the level+ stuff. Game is intense.

 

Yeah and both the reviews I mentioned said the story was disappointing and the ending felt rushed. I mentioned that in my post...Well who cares. I don't really like GB. I'll get the game when it's much cheaper.

I care about bugs quite a bit.

"Past the first four or five hours, the dramatic arc just dissolves and it feels like you're being hurried along to the perfunctory final encounter... except you can't just go finish the game, because the final dungeon drops a sequence of increasingly onerous prismatic core requirements on you as you try to work your way through it. You won't have anywhere close to enough cores to advance through that final dungeon when you get there, and every floor adds another five to the tally, so you'll repeatedly have to go back out into the world and scour the remaining side content for more of the damn things."

Also bad game design. Re:core was a game I was looking forward prior to release, but the general consensus has me not wanting to play the thing at all.
