I have Skyrim HD in the mailbox at home. Excited because while I sunk a couple hundred hours into it, it was on my college roomie's Xbox and before any DLC came out, so I haven't picked it up in 5 years and have a bunch of content I never got to try. Cool to be able to play around with mods a bit for the first time as a console pleb.

 

What is this promotion you speak of

The Second Fall of the Titan is pretty good.

 

They just updated with a MAJOR patch - Tom Clancy's The Division Official Website - on Xbox One & PS4

I've been pretty slow with it but I love it and am having a lot of fun.

 

Just ordered World Of Final Fantasy. Forgot that it was being released so soon, so I watched a couple of gameplay videos to familiarize myself and gauge how it plays - I'm sold.

 

Had this funny moment in Battlefield

 

I should go to bed and quit playing Rocket League but I'm doing too good to stop haha.

Shouldn't have said anything haha. Hadn't allowed a goal in seven games and I've had three in eight seconds.

 

Skyrim on ps4 is very enjoyable.

 

Glad I picked up Battlefield 1 last weekend. Really enjoy playing it. Amused I always end up squad captain, even though I'm not good at all.

 

price matched at Best Buy and picked it up. one staff member thought it was a prime deal and wouldnt match, walked to the other side of the store and matched with no issue.

having fun with it as well. looking to really dive in today.

 

I wish I would have known about that trade in deal for Skyrim at GameStop before I already bought my copy and opened it. >_<

On second thought, I may still do the trade(prob 2 of the Pokémon games) and keep it unopened, then return it to Walmart after Christmas is over to swap for another game. *evil laugh*. (Or I may just take the copy from Game Stop back to the other place I bought it first and say I changed my mind. Easier.....)

And I'm in love with playing Skyrim again. I thin my favorite thing about this game is Jeremy Seoul's score. I can listen to these themes all day and they are prefect for fall and winter.

 

The PC numbers for Titanfall 2 are worryingly low. There were only 8000 people on this morning and only 500 people in my region playing Attrition. Can't see it lasting too long. It's gonna get swallowed up by Battlefield and COD.

Also someone did a graphics comparison video between Skyrim Enhanced on PS4 and an unmodded original Skyrim on PC, and the PC one still looked much better, not to mention people have found that audio files have been downgraded. Not to be all 'PC master race' blah blah but that's kinda awful.

 

my hope is that once the modding community has had some time with it, it'll start comparing better. mostly for me is the fact that it's 64 bit now so it hsould be a bit more stable

 

anyone play the new duke nukem 3d? Curious to how that new level is.

 

I finished Mafia 3. That ending was kind of unexpected. Great game.

 

I will say that the cutscene following my Mafia 3 ending was slightly disappointing

 

It was pretty weird. Maybe it is meant as a setup for Mafia 4?

 

I had the urge to give them a standing ovation for the after credit scene

 

DOOM is blowing my mind with how good it is. Like...how did they pull off rebooting ANOTHER fps franchise from the early 90's? Wolfenstein was dead on and now DOOM...

 

It's insane how well Rez holds up. A game designed in the early 2000's should not feel this timeless, and yet the soundtrack is still dope, the graphics are still amazing and the gameplay is still impeccably designed and fun. And apparently it is one of the better VR games in terms of how it looks/feels.

 

Titanfall 2 campaign is amazing. I'm playing on the hardest difficulty and it's hard as can be.

 

Post credits Mafia III scene was great, I'm talking about finding out what happened with Lincoln after I made my choice.
