It is all good! What games did you get or are getting?

 

It would be nice to have some amazing customization options for teams and players it's just so fun.

I'm currently doing a full season on the hardest difficulty and my pitchers have insane stats

 

The system itself comes with a dl card that lets me choose between Forza Motorsport 6, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and Rare Replay. Not sure which way to go with that quite yet.

But the games I bought in addition to that were:
Fallout 4
Rocket League
The Wolf Among Us
Sunset Overdrive
Watch Dogs
Destiny

 

Wow! That list alone should put you well into the new year. Highly recommend The Wolf Among Us, Rocket League and Watch Dogs. The others I have yet to play but are on my EVER GROWING list. As far as the extra game I would say the most bang for your buck would probably come from Forza 6 or ROTR. But Gears UE is great and Rare is good for the amount of games you get but I think you could probably get it for fairly cheap now. Add me as a friend when you get it set up: NateCCRN. I am not sure if you are interested in it but the next game I am getting is Gears of War 4.

 

Right? That's my blessing in disguise, that I'm three years late to this console. I can basically just stay a couple years behind and play all the acclaimed games from 2014 since I can get six of them used at Gamestop for basically the price of Titanfall 2 or whatever. Totally works out.

Which of the four would you personally choose? I had it basically narrowed down to Forza/Tomb Raider, haha, so you're seemingly in tune with my sensibilities already.

 

Prepare to get addicted to RL, it will have you going "just one more game..." so much. Haven't played the others unfortunately but heard very good things about most of them. Also, welcome to the Xbox squad! There's not a lot of us around here though :(

 

finally collected all of the RE4 bottle caps. It's a pretty big day for me

 

For me personally I would with go with ROTR just because that is more in line with a lot of of the games I play and it really is a great game on top of that. I have heard Forza 6 is good but racing games are kind of here and there for me. I guess it just depends on what you really like to play.

 

Haha, so Rocket League is the one game i've played before and I've probably logged 50 hours already. My best friend just moved from MPLS to NYC and one of our biggest shared hobbies was hanging at his place and playing RL. I bought the console and RL to stay in touch with him. All that being said, I still do definitely use the 'just one more' mentality even though I so know that's not gonna be the case, haha.

 

Did not realize ROTR came out for PS4 on the 11th

 

Oh that's good then! I'm not sure how many of us have RL on xbox, all I know is me and @CobraKidJon have it, not sure if @lightning13 does though. Another game to consider getting is SMITE! Game is a ton of fun (think of League of Legends but third person and a few more game modes), especially with some friends, and very addictive. It's also free; although it has in game purchases but it's only about $30 for all the Gods and the rest of the purchases are currency for cosmetic items.

 

me and @Cody basically have the same starting list for when we got Xbox ones.

Fallout 4 was the only one that I don't have.

 

I have Rocket League on the ONE. We could actually start a club on there now with the new update they did.

 

I don't know how accurate the Xbox One game counter thingy is but it says I have over 31 days 8 hours of in game play time on Smite.

I dig it.

 

Modem Warfare remaster requires Infinite Warfare to play. Whomp whomp.

 

Doesn't surprise me, still pre-ordered, still going to get it, still can't wait to play it.

 

Sucks that I'm going to be knee deep in Mafia III when Tomb Raider comes out but I'll find a way to squeeze them both in.

 

Its going to be the same for me except it is going to be Mafia III and Gears of War 4.

Just went 9-2 as Zeus on smite, I love mages so much

 

pointless info but Zeus is basically adored on the smite console league because of how destructive he can be.

also freya 2 op shout out to @lightning13

 

TBH loads of the mages on the game are so destructive but my fave has to be Anubis and Zeus, just too damn nasty, especially Anubis with hands and mummify combo

 

Ya Aphrodite is my Legendary after all.

 

the thing about Anubis is his mobility sucks so if you have a good asssassin/hunter, they could take him out easy.
