So I went with the 'Name Your Game' bundle, and my four options are Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, Forza Motorsport 6, Rise of the Tomb Raider or Rare Replay. Internet makes it seem like Tomb Raider is the obvious choice here. Would y'all agree?

 

I couldn't make it through Fallout 4, I felt extremely bored and didn't enjoy it very much at all.

 

Hmmm, interesting. Seems like actual gamers seem to be disappointed by it, but the reviews I've been coming across have been mostly quite positive. That being said, 'more of the same' is all fine by me, ha. Low threshold for being entertained here.

 

oh I mean it deserves great reviews, like it's technically impressive, it's got all the mechanics that made 3/NV great, base building/weapon crafting is interesting and deep, while the dialogue options leave a lot to be desired, the quests are interesting. However, just for me it didn't really scratch that same itch that the previous 2 installments did

 

I liked Fallout 4 as much as the others

 

Base design stuff just felt so unnecessary. Even weapon crafting wasn't something I found all that exciting. Much prefer just using the unique stuff every time.

 

actually, idk what it was, but the base building grind like totally worked for me. Maybe I just need to play more dumb survival games or something

 

I didn't do too much base building but it was optional so I didn't really mind. I just made sure to have trade caravans going between them all and I was happy.

 

get rocket league and smite so you can be cools with me

 

Fallout 4 also had som rough optimization on the PC, especially in the city dread seeing how it'd perform on a console if they never patched that stuff.

 

so stoked to play fallout 4 in like 3 years just like what I did with FO3 and FO NV.

 

In 3 years, they'll probably remaster F4 on Xbox Two/ PS5.

 

Had to search for this one because I couldn't remember what channel I saw it on, but this was enlightening.

 

You have to play through the game again harvesting all the little sisters to get the alternate ending! I am doing that to get the second ending AND to get all the audio logs for ANOTHER completion! Wahoo!

 

I was thinking this when I picked up the NV definitive edition. Like with the way DLC is with some of these games, idk why I don't just hold out for the eventual GOTY/definitive versions

 

idk if I have another run through in me right now, but I may do that in the future. I have a hard time being the bad guy in games if I have the choice, though. It goes against my personality too much lol

That's what I can think of off the top of my head.

 

Is there a good site where I can look through notable X1 games and like figure out what I want to buy? Like either just a good gaming news/review site or a list of best xbox one games or something, I just have no idea where to look.

The first Borderlands is kind of meh...
But after that they really hit their stride.

 

I have no clue what I just watched but I need this.

 

Kotaku has a really good list for all the consoles. Top 12 for each.

 

It's hilarious and really fun.
