something about PPD has always rubbed me the wrong way which always make it hard for me to support them, I love Universe and though. Secretly im hoping they lose today so Team Liquid can take them out in the lower bracket. Liquid is pretty much the only other team than MVP im cheering for at the moment. I secretly also want Alliance to go far cause their games always end up being way to exciting.

 

Barthandelus casts Destrudo fifteen minutes into the fight and brings Lightning down from full health to zero gg. Pretty disheartening to return to after a couple weeks' break from the game.

Yep, once I got to that point in the game is when I started looking up guides for bosses. It was the first game where I had to deal with "Jobs/Roles" and party management but now it all makes sense

 

between this and the AR stuff on stage, Valve is holding nothing back for this TI. its amazing.

 

Gameplay-wise, it's basically the same, but I feel like it's got so much more content now. I'm a sucker for kill-loot-repeat type games and maybe I've just been away from it long enough for it to feel fresh again, but I've only gone through the expansions leading up to TTK content so far and I'm really satisfied with them (and I've heard they're underwhelming in comparison).

Level cap raised to 40, gear seems more plentiful, resources seem a bit easier to find, and a slew of new strikes/raids/modes to keep it exciting, at least until the next expansion comes out. The base game was a blast with friends, but I think I would have grown tired of it much sooner if I was playing "solo." I've been mostly solo since getting back into it, however, and enjoying the story content much more than expected.

Also, kudos on the CW avatar. Favorite band of all time.

this is all good to hear, I'll have to go back and play some more. unfortunately, I played mostly solo and didn't get very far or any further than the base. I should have spent more time with it so maybe I'll get some expansions to get me back into it.

Lol I didn't realize this was a movie trailer at first and I was really impressed by the graphics in the thumbnail

 

I'm playing Fallout 4 again due to not having any single player games to play at the moment. It's still a huge bummer how much I don't enjoy it. Overall I feel like they made a lot of great improvements to the mechanics but a lot of the quests are really boring and the main story is a mess. I need Deus Ex bad.

 

I'm really disappointed with Hitman. It feels like a serious downgrade. The game feels dated and they haven't even finished releasing all the episodes yet lol.

 

Love CW. Don't even remember how I found them, but their music has a profound impact on me every time I listen. Winter music to me, but I guess fall would also work

 

Played no man's sky for a couple of hours last night. Pretty good game.
It's A LOT of explorting, mining, and crafting.

If you're looking for NPCs or other players to interact with, you won't really find it here. There are some races to interact with here and there, but it's really an exploration game.
