Beat the western area boss in Hyper Light Drifter last night. That whole area was tough.

 

Halo 5 is the best competitive multiplayer game you can play right now.

The campaign, to me, also has the highest highs of any Halo yet (Blue Team, The Sanghelios missions). It also has some duds (the mission with the space elevator. Other than that.

For the record, my favorite Halo campaigns are Reach and ODST.

 

That's another game I've never played-Halo. Would watch my cousins play it though if that counts

 

haha, it's got a lot of aiming, it's certainly not something you'd enjoy :)

 

I was gonna start a new game in TLOU, but I may start Abzu....

 

That was probably the first game I realized yeah FPS isn't my thing haha.

Don't worry it seems like the North and East bosses are hella easy. I had a tougher time with the West boss then either of those.

 

yeah i cleared those areas first. the northern boss was a pain as well. i haven't gone south yet.

 

The south one is my next to tackle but I'm going back through the North and West to see if I can find all the triangle pieces. There are so many secrets to find.

 

I'm missing one triangle piece from the west and i can't find the damned thing.

 

Nice. West was my first to take on and I didn't know there was more beyond the initial 4. The way it's going though I think this might be my favorite game of the year.

If this was directed at me about ultimate alliance then yes. 1 and 2 are bundled for $60. A little steep if you ask me.

 

Not for the time no.

But in 2016 I'd rather play Halo 5.

I never played Halo that much due to being a Playstation guy for most of my life, but my couple years of 360 had some great Halo moments. The most fun I had in Halo was with Griffball, which reminds me of Rocket League now lol

 

I don't know what it was about Halo when it first came out, but that game just felt so damn immersive to me. I remember watching a friend's brother play it and thinking "ok, whoa, now I see why people want an Xbox." Years later I think the series has definitely fallen off a bit (though I love the Master Chief Collection), but so many good times were had playing split-screen/online (in Halo 2).

 

TellTale being fucking TellTale...

Batman Telltale PC Port is a mess (seemingly defaults to integrated GPU)

 

Best part about the TellTale story is I have discovered they blocked me on Twitter. Haha
