Guy who got No Man's Sky early has already got to the centre of the galaxy which is the game's main goal.

Apparently there's a weird design choice (not a bug or exploit) that allows completion inside of 10 hours, and he is yet to find a 'lush' planet that the devs mentioned in videos.

His final verdict is that it's not what he expected and to wait for reviews, so if you're on the fence for it I would wait a while.

 

Think people are going into the game with too lofty of expectations, don't see anything happening besides massive disappointment.

The important thing to remember is that, no matter how good or bad the game is, we're still getting a new 65daysofstatic album.

 

Regardless your enjoyment of the game, we are still getting a sick soundtrack out of it.

I love the idea but it looked like such a chore and wasn't what I had envisioned.

Well, first I have an overall dislike for David Cage's approach to game development. His pitch is always great. The idea dead on, but I feel like when I see his games in action it does not seem even slightly enjoyable. Heavy Rain was.....fun, I guess but definitely was hard to get through.

Beyond looked worse. Just boring gameplay that guides you through an uneven, poorly written script. I didn't have the time or the energy. Glad people enjoy it. I know several people who loved it. Not for me.

 

This is very important to remember.

 

If people are excited for it and end up enjoying it, great! It's of no interest to me and frankly I'm surprised so many people are stoked on it but hey play what you enjoy I know I do.

 

It's one of my favorite games of all time. The performances from Ellen Page and Willem Dafoe are excellent.

 

did you data transfer? my old one wont even turn on so i don't know if data transfer will work

 

I'm still excited for Cage's latest project. Detroit looks like fun

 

Make no mistake, Cage is a hack, but Detroit looks amazing.
They hired actual writers this time, too, so all hype is justified ;)

 

I've enjoyed all of his stories thoroughly.

 

They are super cheesy and B-movie ish but I enjoy them too, not looking for high art every time (even if Cage thinks it is)

 

Yeah I data transferred, which wasn't that hard of a process. I'm not sure if it would still work if your old one won't even turn on though. It's possible there might be some way around it

edit: nvm it seems like it's what I thought it was, not very useful, but not having anything at all is definitely worse.

 

REmake is soooooo frustrating/rewarding at times lol. I love discovering what all the items do on my own. Only watched one walkthrough, and the dude was about the same place as me. Though he had a grenade launcher with incendiary rounds, and a lockpick.

Anyway def enjoying it, but noticed the standard zombies are getting faster/stronger.




Wrapped up the main quest in Witcher 3: B&W, and a majority of side quests. Gonna re play TLOU for the first time ever since I originally bought the re master version in 2014. Can't wait.

 

I love it. Me and my girlfriend had a great time playing that game.

Never got to play any of their games but this is sad news.

 

That Ghostbusters game looked really, really bad. One of the levels took like 45 minutes and was repetitive as all fuck

 

I wasn't the biggest fan of the way it was before. It was very cluttered. The new XBOX ONE update went live today for those not in the Preview Program and it just flows so much better and the ability the organize your games the way you want is really a plus, especially someone like myself, that went digital only and has a large catalog.
